About Eric

Eric was born and raised in Vancouver all of his life and has been in Real Estate industry most of his life.

From the early age of 12 helping his father around the jobsite building houses to managing and supervising jobsites at the age of 24, to co-partnering and building houses (from the start of planning out floor plans to handing the keys to their clients at the end) with his father at the age of 28. Eric has proven himself to be; hard-working, diligent, with attention to detail, and able to work well with others in the industry.

With over 15 years of work experience, Eric continues to expand his knowledge of the Real Estate Industry after his father retired by being both a Realtor and a Property Manager to learn the ins-and-outs of buying, selling, and leasing properties.

With Eric as your specialist working with you, the clients, you can be certain that Eric will have the expertise and the confidence to help you; buy, sell, build, and / or lease the residential or commercial properties you own.

When Eric is not working, he enjoys spending his time with friends, serving his local Christian church that he attends, hobbies and many sports that he plays, and travel around the world to experience what life has to offer.
