Gerald Chan LEED AP - REALTOR®
WHEN buying your next home which single room is most likely to make or break the deal?
For many, it’s the kitchen.
As a NKBA Certified Kitchen Designer and LEED AP I see many parallels between designing a beautiful kitchen and finding the ideal home for a Client.
Both involve asking lots of questions and getting to understand the needs and wants of the family members
Both require careful analysis of the information and systematically framing them into workable, optimal solutions
In fact both involve embarking on a journey of discovery in which time, patience, and careful attention to detail are the main ingredients of success
WHAT IS LEED?
Ah, I was hoping you would ask !
LEED is about building in a responsible and sustainable manner
I love the fact that LEED pays attention to the impact buildings have on the environment and since we Canadians spend an estimated 90% of our time indoors, the measures LEED incorporates to provide superior indoor air quality.
If you share a passion for protecting the environment we are kindred spirits and I hope to meet you one day.
